Although we are active in multiple marketplaces, we are mainly a National Distributor of Woodworking Equipment to the Secondary Wood Sector, i.e. Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers, Architectural Mill Work Shops, Flooring, Doors & Windows, Furniture, etc. Established in 1991, CNC Automation has been in operation for over 35 years now, we are a solid established company with sales across Canada. Our success and focus is on our ability to service our clients and as such, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We are looking for a Warehouse and Laboratory Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, shipping of Industrial Woodworking Equipment, as well as maintaining the proper working environment of our Demonstration Center. The ideal candidate should have experience with material handling equipment, be meticulous, excellent organizational skills and able to flourish in an autonomous environment. This position will require traveling from our headquarters to our warehousing facility, as such, a valid drivers license is mandatory. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a demanding environment and take on a key role with a potential of future advancements in our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, ship, inspect, and record various shipments.
  • Pack and unpack equipment.
  • Maintain a proper working environment of our Demonstration Center.
  • Prepare our Demonstration Center for customer visits and laboratory machine testing.
  • Verify that customer machine orders are complete and accurate.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $37,500.00-$50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rivière-Beaudette & Saint-Zotique, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Drivers permit is mandatory
  • Forklift Licence (preferred)
